Nice place and excellent location. Courtney attending us was excellent always with good attitude and smile. The restaurant has the best Deep dish pizza so great place !

The location was convenient to lots of restaurants. The hotel was clean and the staff was very accommodating! We will be back just to see Wallace, the gentleman in charge of the parking. He took such good care of us and made us feel like we had known him for years!

The deck. Fun place--and ONLY place--to have our little group together for a drink/play cards, etc. (Lobby was tiny and no real space to just hang out together.)

Nothing!The room had a smell like someone had been smoking, good I was able to open the window to air out the room, and the beds was small, and the toilet was so small set so low small tub. I didn’t have towels, but I called and they brought them up with no problems.. The pool and workout do area is out dated

The location of the hotel is very convenient for what we wanted to see and do while we were in Chicago. The rooftop view is awesome. The gal at the front desk was very friendly and helpful. We felt safe in the area.
